Family Fun

I can't believe how amazing this week has been or how quickly the time is passing. The kids are enjoying each other so much and the girls are getting close. Last night I heard Hollie and Toni's daughter, Mikaela, refer to Olivia as "sister". My heart was full. Olivia has taken to Spence, Cam and Kyron with such love and Syd has taken over as assistant mommy to Emma and Jake. Amazing is not strong enough a word, but I don't have another way to describe it.

The sisterhood I have found with these women is incredible. Their warmth and sincerity (and sarcasm) is something for which I will be forever grateful. They are funny and sweet and loving. K is right on the money with the idea of us starting our own polygamist colony. Our "man", the donor is our our tie, but our bond is our friendship. It is so comfortable here with all of them. Each of us immediately took on the role of mother to all the children. There is never a hesitation about picking up a crying baby running to comfort a child who falls or gets hurt or stepping in when a tiff is about to begin. I never imagined feeling he comradery we have found with each other.
Gotta go now - getting ready or another amazing day. I'll leave you with some pix from last night.

I am at a loss of what exactly to say. Despite my differences regarding the whole 1/2 sibling thing (you can ask K about it) I am SO HAPPY, and jealous, that you all are getting this time together. I have begun to know each of you through your blogs and look forward to meeting all of your families at some point in time. Not to bring up a sore subject, but when do KJ and the kids head home? I would check their bags for your kids when they do go.

LOL check their bags, good point. Again, I cant believe the love and friendship that you all have found with each other. Not that I didn't see that it was possible. But to bond in such a short time. All three of you and your partners are amazing woman, who I am proud to call my friends:)

Ohh, those girls are so precious!!!! I can see why K wants to take them all home with her. What fun!!!! Again words don't express my feelings, as I sit here teary eyed, and over whelmed with wonderful happy emotions.
